  1. All cut-off date are based on the local time (Taiwan, GMT+8).
  2. All payment must be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) for Early Registration and Online Registration.
  3. We will accept both credit card and cash (TWD) for On-Site Registration.

How to Register

  1. For those who have not registered, please use a valid E-mail address to sign up a new account at the online system. An account confirmation letter will be emailed to you after completing a registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed.
  2. If you wish to register after the account set up, please log in & complete the registration form. A registration confirmation letter will be emailed to you after completing the payment registration.
  3. For abstract submission applicants, please login with the original registered account and password. You can upload your abstract submission before make the registration payment.
  4. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing by email to the congress secretariat (

*Note: An e-mail account can only register once. The email account is important for confirmation and communications. Please be sure to fill in correctly.

If you need the invitation letter for official use, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the conference secretariat directly via for further assistance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund must be sent via email ( to the Conference Secretariat. Verbal notification will not be accepted.

The following rules of refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

Cancellation received on or before June 3rd, 2024: 70% refund.

After June 4th, 2024: No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows.
